She’s led DME organizations and managed provider contracting teams at insurance plans, giving her a clear, firsthand understanding of how licensing, accreditation, and payer decisions are actually made.
She started Visionera to help providers navigate these processes with less stress and more clarity. Outside of work, Heather enjoys rafting, hiking, and UTV riding, is a proud mom to a daughter in college, and shares her home with her Ragdoll cat, Benny—who takes his role as office companion very seriously.
Kendra Maybank brings deep experience in credentialing and provider enrollment, along with a background spanning both the medical and legal fields.
She’s known for navigating complex regulatory and payer requirements with precision, helping ensure providers are onboarded smoothly and compliantly.
Her legal experience—working with sensitive documentation, strict deadlines, and detailed filings—shapes her calm, methodical approach and strong attention to detail.

Outside of work, she loves the ocean, enjoys cooking, and shares her home with her dog, Hulk, and her leopard gecko, Noodle. That same balance and steadiness show up in her work every day.
