Visionera works with DME and medical supply companies to help make sense of licensing, accreditation, and insurance applications.
We take on the paperwork, explain what’s actually required, and help providers move forward without unnecessary delays — whether they’re launching a new business or expanding into new states.

We help DME providers expand in a way that actually makes sense.
Instead of blindly adding states or submitting applications, we help you decide where to grow based on state requirements, business fit, and the health plans that matter most in each region. We then handle the licensing, accreditation, and insurance applications needed to support that plan, explaining each step along the way.
We help you grow with clarity and confidence—not just more paperwork.

We provide hands-on support for licensing, accreditation, and insurance applications—helping DME providers move forward without unnecessary friction.

Preparation and support for Accreditation inspections and approval, including policies, inspections, and CMS Supplier Standards.

From idea to your first order—guidance on setup, product categories, vendors, Medicare readiness, and early operations.

We handle Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance applications, organizing the paperwork and documentation so nothing is missed.

State-by-state licensing support with clear guidance on when physical locations or additional requirements apply.

Guidance on building long-term relationships with health plans, including shaping a clear value proposition that payers understand and respond to.

Support with Medicare Competitive Bidding, including system registration, preparation guidance, and answering questions through the bidding process.
We believe good work starts with clear guidance and ends with reliable follow-through. Our approach is practical, detail-oriented, and built for the long term—helping DME providers move forward without unnecessary complexity.

Heather brings more than 20 years of experience working inside DME organizations and health plans. Before founding Visionera, she was a COO for large DME companies, negotiated payer contracts, worked directly with state agencies, and served in provider contracting roles within insurance companies.
Her dual perspective shapes Visionera’s approach today: practical, informed, and focused on helping providers communicate clearly and meet requirements without unnecessary friction.
